You’ll never hear “I’m bored!” at Rio Vista Village. Residents will have an innovative Swim Park as the community’s centerpiece. Appealing to all ages, the Village Club Swim Park will have several swimming pools, including an adult pool and spa, resort pool, family and toddler pools and picnic areas.

Rio Vista Village neighborhoods will be centered around a central-park system, complete with extensive walkways, trails, greenbelts and outdoor gathering places. Along with the Swim Park, over 30 neighborhood parks will provide areas for family barbecues, sports matches and just hanging out.
